The annual Spud City Festival is a big starchy deal, and this year Chip is aiming to win first place in the sack race.  He’s got his eyes on that Golden Bushel Award.  But there’s a new tater in town – Curly.  The newcomer’s got a spring in his step, and make no mistake, he’s aiming to show he’s no small fry.  Chip will need to be in USDA Grade-A form to compete.   Which spud peels ahead to cross the finish line first?  Young readers will learn that, in some things, no matter how you slice it, everyone can be a winner.
